Small Business Office Manager
Full Time, In Office

About e-worc: 
e-worc is a small but agile full-service marketing agency that works with manufacturers and industrial suppliers to define their brand, produce marketing materials, and provide support communication through online and printed support materials, trade show graphics, promotional items and general marketing consultation.

Job Description: 
This Team Member is responsible for overseeing and performing all front office tasks that support the sales, management, and communication of the organization and is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective function of day-to-day business operations. This individual will oversee administrative and operational tasks specific to the daily operation of a full service advertising agency. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, a respect for the use of systems and structure, and the ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment.  


  • Engage with clients by phone, email, and sometimes in person – answer questions and route calls to the best person to get the client question answered or problem solved
  • Communicate with internal and external staff to provide solutions and answers for our clients and our staff
  • Assist office staff in gathering and transferring information to manage project timelines to provide delivery of client projects and campaigns
  • Collaborate with the development and creative team to streamline the content creation process, transfer needed resources, and assist with the alignment of client objectives
  • Monitor social media platforms and marketing campaigns and respond to inquiries
  • Assist with data entry, organization and communication
  • Coordinate office maintenance, supplies, and inventory
  • Receive mail and deliver to the appropriate recipient
  • Perform light bookkeeping duties
  • Recording information in computer-based CRM – ZOHO
  • Assist other team members as needed

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience in office administration, operations, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and communicate effectively.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Experience or competency in project management tools and software, such as ZOHO, Dash This, Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Experience as an office assistant or similar role
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication
  • Computer competence in MS Word or similar word processing, data entry and management
  • Basic Math Skills
  • Have a valid driver license

Office Assistant Compensation & Benefits

$30,000 annually
Paid vacation and holidays
