- Analytics Insights: Evaluate the number and quality of actionable insights generated using tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms.
- Bug Fixes and Testing: Count the number of bugs identified and resolved by the intern.
Social Media and Content Creation
- Content Production: Track the number of blog posts, graphics, videos, or social media posts created.
- Engagement Metrics: Measure increases in likes, shares, comments, or click-through rates on content produced or managed by the intern.
- Follower Growth: Monitor growth in social media followers attributed to campaigns the intern helps design or execute.
Campaign Management
- Ad Performance Metrics: Measure improvements in click-through rates (CTR), cost-per-click (CPC), or conversion rates for ad campaigns interns assist with.
- Email Marketing Impact: Evaluate open rates, click rates, and conversions for email campaigns created or optimized by the intern.
Learning and Development
- Skill Certification: Ensure interns complete certifications like Google Analytics, Content Marketing, or similar tools used at e-worc.
- Software Proficiency: Assess the intern’s proficiency with industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Zoho CRM, or social media management platforms.
Team Contributions
- Project Completion: Track milestones and deliverables within team projects where the intern plays a role.

Duties
– Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Provide clerical support by answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing emails
– Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
– Schedule appointments and manage calendars
– Assist with office tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail
– Provide administrative support to staff, as needed
– Manage workflow in Zoho CRM
– Build estimates for clients
– Review reports and identify opportunities
– Conduct online research
– Communicate internally and externally
– Social Media management, scheduling, and reporting
– Take accurate meeting notes
– Draft correspondence – letters and emails
Qualifications
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Knowledge of Google Suite is beneficial
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
– Ability to proofread documents accurately for grammar, spelling, and punctuation
Job Type: Part-time (up to 20 hours), Monday-Friday
Pay: $10/hour
