In order to write effective web copy, you have to understand the mind of the average user. Duplication and redundancy across multiple pages is ok. Sometimes a user will only see one page of your website and they need to find the information they came for.

Sometimes it is best to simplify your message.

You are an expert in your field. You know the jargon and the vocabulary that is associated with your product or service. The average user does not. Your copy needs to be written in such a way that it speaks to their needs, not yours. Features are important - but benefits are the key to transforming site visitors to customers.

Legal Content

This is a sensitive area. We know that it is important to remain compliant while also communicating effectively to your user. The average consumer in our market communicates at an 11th grade education level. It is important not to speak down to this consumer and give them the information they need to act by contacting you.

Medical Content

Writing for health categories is not much different from writing for legal categories. Care must be given in dispensing information so as not to confuse or frighten your user but still questions must be answered. We will work with you to "translate" your content to usable information.
